What Ingredients Are In Our Soaps?

Olive Oil (Olea Europaea), Cocos Nucifera (Coconut) Oil, Organic and Sustainably Grown Palm Oil (Elaeis Guineensis), Water (Aqua), Lye (Sodium Hydroxide), Ricinus Communis (Castor) Seed Oil, Fragrance , Skin-Safe Colorants , Eco-Friendly Glitter

Do we take custom orders?

Yes we do, there is a $25.00 down payment for all custom orders to ensure the sale as not always are custom orders a fragrance or style others will be interested in when we have to resell the loaf. Custom orders come in three loaf sizes: 8 bars, 15 bars, and 18 bars and the price ranges between $50 to $100 depending on loaf size, materials, and complexity of the soap being requested.

Shipping/Refund/Return FAQ

What if my product arrives damaged or broken?

We try our best to pack our products carefully so that they are protected during the shipping process, however, once they leave our facility, it is hard to know how carefully they are handled. 
If you have received a product that arrived damaged or broken, please contact our business office so that we can remedy the situation. Your satisfaction is our goal.

What is your return policy on your soap and body products?

Due to the nature of our all natural products, we cannot assure the purity of merchandise once it has been shipped. For safety and hygiene reasons this merchandise cannot be restocked or resold so we do not accept returns.

Your satisfaction is our goal and we truly believe that you will love our products, but if you are really unhappy, please let us know. We want you to have a positive experience and will work with you if you are not pleased with your purchase.

Keychains Return & Refund Policy

You may cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it in order to receive a refund. Typically once it has passed the 48 hour mark we have already boxed your items and gotten them ready to be delivered to the post office, or scheduled a pick up for the next day.

All sales are final. For products damaged in transit or if the incorrect item was shipped, you are eligible for a refund or an exchange. 

Refunds and Exchanges: To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must email cs.autumnfox@gmail.com within the first 3 days your item was delivered. You MUST provide photo evidence that an item was damaged. If a replacement item is not available you can choose to receive a full refund or store credit.

**If you lose your keychain or any product during an attack, please send a copy of the police report and we will replace your product. This can ONLY be completed if a police report has been emailed to us.**


Shipping Policy - Keychains/Self Defense Products

Please allow 3-25 business days(Depending on keychain)for your order to be shipped. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. If you provide an email, you will receive tracking updates as soon as your package is shipped.

**PLEASE NOTE, SATURDAY AND SUNDAY ARE NOT BUSINESS DAYS**

The Autumn Fox is not responsible for any customs fees for international orders.

If an insufficient address was put in and the item was sent back to us, the customer has to pay for the shipment.

**If a package says it was delivered and you did not receive it, you have to file a claim with USPS. Once a package is sent out, it is no longer in our hands. We will however begin researching to find out what is going on with the status of your order and reach out to USPS to request last known information as well**
