Shipping Policy

By placing your order you are agreeing to all terms and conditions set forth by The Autumn Fox. You are also agreeing that you are the rightful card holder for the payment method being used and agree that you are in fact placing this purchase yourself. By Agreeing you are giving a virtual signature of contract to the below terms.

Shipping Policy All Products:

Processing time does not include shipping time

• Regardless of when your order is placed or which shipping speed you select at the time of order, all in stock products should ship within 3 to 20 business days after your order is received. Please ensure you use the correct address and email as if we need to make changes to your order we do send an email. Failure to respond to emails could result in your order taking longer then 20 days to receive. However delays may happen due to weather conditions closing the post office, receiving of damaged goods from our vendor. Possible processing max time is 60 days. If it has been longer the 60 please review the detailed status page as it is more likely on hold for varies reasons.

• All orders above $75 ship free within the USA, all orders typically ship USPS First-Class Mail, if you order 2 or more Deluxe or above self defense keychains, mystery boxes, 4 or more bars of soap, 2 or more candles these ship 3 day Priority Express USPS. We are not held responsible for any international orders that do not arrive due to customs or other issues once the item has left our possession and the tracking shows the item has arrived in the destination country. We will not issue a refund due to international orders taking longer then expected. All international orders are final.

• If you order more than one product, your order may arrive in multiple shipments. This is due to how your order was received, if you order within a few hours of your first order there could be another order before the second that was placed. You will receive a tracking # for each shipment via email. • We also comply to all State, Local, and Federal regulations. All international orders will have items substituted or order cancelled at our discursion to meet the entry country's laws, meet US import and export laws. This includes having tasers, knuckles, and pepper sprays substituted with a legal product.

• By placing your order you agree to all terms and conditions including: You are the legal card holder for the card used at checkout, you will not file any chargeback disputes when all information provided to us matches the card being used including information such as: Billing address, ccv, card number, zip code, and name on the card. Items lost in transit (these fall under out replacement policy should they be lost in transit or damaged we will replace the items at no charge). • ALL ORDERS OVER $100 WILL REQUIRE PROOF OF DELIVERY AND A RESPONSE TO EMAIL REQUEST VERIFYING THE PURCHASE WAS THE FOLLOWING; • LEGAL CARD HOLDER • VERIFICATION STATING YOU DID RIGHTFULLY PLACE THE ORDER • AGREEMENT STATING YOU WILL BE SIGNING FOR THE ORDER • PROOF OF ID UPON REQUEST TO VERIFY IDENTY AND LEGAL AGE

• Processing time vary depending on the collection being purchased from. If you purchase from our quick sale collection these processing times are 3 business days vs the above mentioned due to over stock on these items. SHIPPING FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE

• The Autumn Fox goes to great lengths to ensure that all of our products are dependable and reliable. Our Company does not refund shipping charges when an item is returned Refunds will be credited minus any shipping and handling charges that were paid by us.

Example: If your original order was $201.85 with free shipping, your refund will be the cost of the item, ($201.85) minus our original cost for shipping (Typically between $5.51 and $14.00 depending on shipping type ect.). Shipping fees are non-refundable. You will receive an itemized list of what deductions are made on the invoice. ADDRESS CORRECTIONS / COST TO RESHIP POLICY

• Our system is automated (We use Pirate Ship to ensure shipping takes less time to get you tracking and your package shipped), to print the shipping label with the exact shipping information that you enter at checkout. You will be contacted if your order is returned to us, due to incorrect or incomplete mailing address or refused deliveries. Please double check the shipping address information that you enter for accuracy before submitting your order. Re-shipping your order will cause you to incur additional shipping charges. We will not attempt to intercept the package if you input the wrong information, you are more then welcome to attempt this via the USPS website however please be advised they charge $15.00 + shipping to adjust the shipment and there is not guarantee they will be able to reroute the package. You will receive an INVOICE to the email address you provided at the time of your order. We will reach out to you via email as soon as we have the returned package in hand to verify information with you. Once you receive the invoice for shipping you have 3 Business Days to pay the invoice and provide us with corrected shipping information so we may reship your package. If we do not hear from you by that deadline no refunds will be issued and items will be restocked into our inventory. Please be advised, should you pay the invoice and not update your address we will ship to the address you provided for your billing information. • Please note that we do not accept returns of our stun gun. TASER products come with a lifetime warranty from the manufacturer and all issues regarding a stun gun should be handled with the manufacturer directly .

• Mace and pepper spray products cannot be returned or exchanged, due to the nature of the product. Because these products must be reliable and without lowered pressure in order to function properly, we cannot re-sell these products to another consumer on good conscience that it will perform as expected in an emergency situation, if we cannot determine if it has been used or tested prior to its’ return. These products may have been inadvertently compromised or tampered with if you have tested the product upon receipt.

 

Returns/Exchanges/Refunds Returns 

• Due to the nature of this product we do not accept returns or exchanges. This is due to the product being a hygiene product and there is no way for us to determine if the product was used, handled, or tampered with. Pepper Spray

• Mace and pepper spray products cannot be returned or exchanged, due to the nature of the product. Because these products must be reliable and without lowered pressure in order to function properly, we cannot re-sell these products to another consumer on good conscience that it will perform as expected in an emergency situation, if we cannot determine if it has been used or tested prior to its’ return. if we These products may have been tampered with or compromised if you have tested the product upon receipt. Stun Guns

• All stun-guns will come with their original instructions and warranty information as of April 20, 2021. Our stun-guns have a lifetime warranty from the manufacture. All issues and concerns with a stun-gun should be routed to the proper department. We turn on and test all stun-guns prior to shipment of your order to ensure they are in good working condition. Candles & Wax Melts

• If your product is damaged upon delivery or defective, we happily refund 100% of the purchase price and pay the return shipping for products ordered within the past 15 days. Your item can also be exchanged. We do request a time and date stamped picture upon arrival is sent to the number listed in the contacts or the email provided. Exchanges Soap

• Not accepted on this product Stun Guns • Please reach out to the manufactures warranty department to speak about any improperly working product Candles & Wax Melts • Should your product arrive broken or damaged you will need to reach out to us within 48 hours with photos of the damage and original packaging. We will then issue you a return shipping label, once we have the broken item back we will ship out a replacement to you.

Cancellation Policy All Products

• All cancellation requests must be submitted by email within 2 hours of purchase. All Sales are final after the 2 hour mark.
• We will not try to intercept the product once it has been shipped, this includes for a cancellation or wrong shipping address. Due to the nature of USPS package intercepts there is no guarantee we will be able to get the package back into our hands. You are welcome to attempt to do so and pay the additional shipping and fee's associated with this on your own.
• Threats of extortion to get around our policies will result in a legal hold on all orders and a report being filed with local authorities.
• All cancellation requests past the 2 hour mark will result in a cancellation fee of $25 deducted from the amount of refund, this goes to cover the cost of materials used and shipping costs already associated with the order (time, leather, shipping label, shipping cost, and packaging cost due to label being adhered to the packaging within 2 hours of order placement). These are by case basis. No cancellations will be granted for on hold orders - on hold orders are the responsibility of the consumer to look at the detailed tracking page and contact us. We do not email the consumer in regards to on hold orders.

 Chargeback Policy

All chargebacks that are not settled between merchant and consumer that are cancelled will result in small claims court for the cost of the original order, extra fees, and court costs.
